Refund Policy
- Free tier: No payment required.
- $29 Tongue Diagnosis: Full refund within 7 days if unsatisfied, provided the report has not been shared commercially.
- $299–$499 Consultation: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the session has not yet taken place. Post-session, partial refunds are evaluated case by case.
- $2,999+ Program: Pro-rata refund for unused quarterly sessions within the first 90 days.
