1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of PDF reports are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated. By purchasing our product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Undelivered Products
If you have not yet downloaded your report and believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. We will review your request and process eligible refunds.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from downloading or accessing your report, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Investigate the issue promptly
- Provide technical support to resolve the problem
- Resend the report at no additional cost if the issue cannot be resolved
