We do not recommend internal herbal formulas, traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, or any form of internal medication. Our recommendations are limited to:

You acknowledge that:

6. Violations & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use MendGod services.
We reserve the right to take the following actions in response to violations:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a written warning and request immediate compliance.
- Temporary Suspension: For repeated or moderate violations, we may suspend your access to the services for a period determined at our discretion.
- Permanent Termination: For serious violations — including but not limited to fraud, abuse, unauthorized commercial redistribution, or actions that harm other users or our platform — we may permanently terminate your access without prior notice.
- Legal Action: MendGod reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any violations that cause damage to MendGod, its users, or third parties.
If we terminate your account for reasons other than your violation of these Terms, we will provide a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused portions of your subscription.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at 01@mendgod.com. Account data will be retained for 90 days after deletion, after which it will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- MendGod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services
- We make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the information provided
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- You use our service at your own risk
8. Applicable Law

9. Changes to Terms
