Bai Hui (GV20) — Hundred Meetings
Located at the very top of your head, at the midpoint of a line connecting the tops of both ears. Gently tap or press this point for 1-2 minutes. It is traditionally used to lift energy and brighten the mood.
He Gu (LI4) — Joining Valley
Found on the back of the hand, in the web between the thumb and index finger, at the highest point of the muscle when you squeeze them together. Press firmly for 1-2 minutes. This point helps move stagnant energy and relieve emotional tension. (Note: avoid during pregnancy.)
🍵 Longan & Red Date Tea
Combine 8 dried longan fruits and 5 red dates (pitted) in 600ml water. Simmer for 20 minutes and drink warm. Both ingredients are traditionally used to nourish the Heart and Spleen, supporting emotional warmth and energy.
