Located three finger-widths above your wrist crease, on the inner arm. Gently press and hold for 1-2 minutes while breathing deeply. This point is traditionally used to calm the mind and ease chest tightness.

Found on the top of your foot, in the depression between the big toe and second toe bones. Apply firm pressure for 1-2 minutes. This point helps move stagnant energy and release tension.
